Matthew L. Joswick
Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Joswick worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James F. Nowicki, Macomb County Probate Court, Wills and Estates Division. Mr. Joswick also worked for a boutique elder law firm, where he specialized in elder law, probate, estate planning, and special needs planning.
Mr. Joswick is a frequent lecturer and has spoken before a variety of public and private organizations, including GEMS Senior Group, Family Caregivers Support Group, Waterford Aging Network, Hillsdale County Senior Services Center, People’s Community Church, Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, Wyoming Avenue Church of Christ, various assisted living facilities, nursing home facilities, and churches. His lectures are on the topics of elder law, Medicaid planning, probate, general estate planning, and special needs planning.
